Summer of 2010 just got a lot HOTTER....

We just launched our 2 hottest products to date, get ready for the burn....

So this fella drops by and tells me my Giv'er Sauce ain't hot enough.  Well, this is my answer.  I designed this sauce to obliterate any taste your food might have had and just cause general pain and discomfort.  Enjoy!

Limited edition, hand signed and numbered, this sucker weighs in at 1,000,000 Scoville units.  A 1/4 teaspoon in a gallon of wing sauce makes it hot.  Comes in a case with a sealed top for collectors.  This is not a hot sauce or condiment.  It is a food additive only, and you must be over the age of 18 to purchase.

AIF Partners with Garrison Breweries to produce their own BBQ sauce

Amiel's Island Fire has been selected to produce the in-house BBQ Sauce for Garrison Breweries of Halifax, NS using their dangerously tasty Irish Red as a key ingredient.  Yum!

New BBQ Sauces now available!

We're excited to announce we have 4 new flavors of BBQ sauce available.  The BBQ season is here and we have the hottest sauces to lather up your steaks and chicken that you'll ever need. All of our BBQ sauces are made with Gahan House Island Red Amber Ale - brewed on PEI just like our sauces.

Pirate's Brew BBQ - Not too hot, fire roasted chipotle flavor.

Smokin' Sou'wester BBQ- A Carolina style (mustard based) BBQ sauce with habaneros, garlic, and black pepper.  Tangy and hot, great for chicken and pork and as a dipping sauce.  My personal favorite!

Maritime Madness BBQ - Just like the sauce, we're talkin' moonshine, habaneros, and hickory smoke.  Look out, this ain't your average spicy BBQ.

Giv'er BBQ Sauce - Dark, mean, and nasty, it's as hot as you'll ever need. Try it if you dare...
