About the company...

We produce a line of spicy and specialty food products in our "Hot Sauce Microbrewery" right here in Cardigan, Prince Edward Island.  We offer our flagship line of gourmet hot sauces, a line of wing sauces and salsas, and tasty jerky made of premium PEI beef cuts.

People may say that Maritimers don't like their food hot, but then those people are crazy.  Maritimers love it, and we're here to bring the heat!   We like to have fun around here if you haven't noticed - what with our Maritime influenced names and delicious local ingredients like the moonshine (made by PEI's Myriad View artisan distillery of Rollo Bay) in our Maritime Madness line. 

The East Coast is giving the Southwest a run for their money in spicy foods - if you aren't too sure about that you should try my Giv'er sauce!

Summer of 2010 just got a lot HOTTER....

We just launched our 2 hottest products to date, get ready for the burn....

So this fella drops by and tells me my Giv'er Sauce ain't hot enough.  Well, this is my answer.  I designed this sauce to obliterate any taste your food might have had and just cause general pain and discomfort.  Enjoy!

Limited edition, hand signed and numbered, this sucker weighs in at 1,000,000 Scoville units.  A 1/4 teaspoon in a gallon of wing sauce makes it hot.  Comes in a case with a sealed top for collectors.  This is not a hot sauce or condiment.  It is a food additive only, and you must be over the age of 18 to purchase.
